I find it also very indicative of Platt's personal opinion of the issue that he stresses - that despite World Bank's strong financial support of China in an amount of roughly 40 Billion U.S. dollars, along with expert advice project to promote sustainable economic development - "Internet access to certain World Bank reports on China are now being blocked in China (p. 1).The second article I have focused on is by Molino Mario J. & Molino, Luisa T. And has the title: "Improving Air Quality in Megacities: Mexico City Case Study." Both authors work for the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA. Professor Mario J. Molina won the 1995 Nobel Prize in chemistry for explaining how certain man-made chemicals can rise into the atmosphere and harm the ozone layer that shields us from the ultraviolet radiation of the sun. The work of Professor Mario J. Molina, which has led to international actions banning the culprit chemicals, "has contributed to our salvation from a global environmental problem that could have catastrophic consequences," the Nobel committee said.
