The contamination of marine environment can result into adverse effects on the whole set of living beings present under the sea. It is a notable disadvantage for whole universe to contaminate marine environment through earth dumping of sewage, pesticides, and industrial waste.

The sea contamination is the major cause of drillings for oil and gas taking place on the lower surface of sea. The marine life can also develop diseases and as a result these diseases can also be transferred in human environments. The awareness level should be increased for such environmental issues through community and government programs. It can reduce the level of risk present in the marine environment.
