A final issue which has to be addressed at this stage is represented by the actual implementation of the sports marketing process, which could be completed as revealed below:
The selection of a location which is affordable, as well as easily accessible and in a safe neighborhood
The creation of an advertising campaign to be issued on several media channels

The scope of the control mechanisms is a dual one, meaning that, on the one hand, as has been just stated, that the control strives to ensure that the implementation of the program leads to the actual attainment of the pre-established objectives. On the other hand, at a more detailed level, the scope of the control mechanism is that of following the gradual implementation of the steps mentioned above. It would focus on ensuring that each step is implemented in the proper order and manner, and when any disruptions are observed, the managers would intervene and correct any errors. The control mechanisms as such maximize the program's chances of attaining its objectives.
6. Conclusions
The modern day society is facing a declining health among its population, and what is more dramatic, this decrease in well-being is also observed among the youth in the society. The problems are mostly associated with an imbalanced diet and a sedentary life style. The good news nevertheless is that these problems can be reversed with a change in diet and lifestyle.
The new sports center was created with the scope of offering support in the creation of a better health and well-being for the children in the local community. The marketing effort is centered on this mission of the center, and this is obvious in terms of the targeted market, the positioning or the pricing strategy, all of which reflect the center's commitment to the well-being of the community. Overall, based on the current project, it is concluded that the sports center is both needed within the society, as well as solid and satisfactory from a business standpoint.
