Homeostasis is whereby the energy cautiously and provide the required baselines for synchronized psychological multitude and the psychological factors (Parse 2009).

The Homeorrhesis involves a steady flow rather the inert state thus the internal environment focuses more on the change of fluidity which is within a space-time range. The internal pattern portrays the adaptation of the pattern which allows an individual's body to maintain its shape despite the harsh conditions that might affect it on the environment.

Health and Illness

Health and Illness are used to mean the unity and truthfulness. They are the prototype of the adoptive change. It describes the wholeness and the thriving adaptation. The purpose of nursing is to endorse health. The possibility of the return daily activities is negotiated by the ill health. Human beings are not only treated because of injuries and insults but the whole system. He gets treated as a person but not just the mere healing of an affected part and relatively the return of self cover (Roberts 2009). Here, the disability's encroachment can entirely be set aside and the human being has the freedom to follow his interest without limitations. Illnesses cannot be regulated and must initiate change hence be ended. Illness is simply the prejudiced perception by an ill person of an impartially defined disease (Roberts 2009).

Applying the Nursing concept to the theory

The Conservation principles have been put in place for the collection of data in different researches. Hanson et al. used the Conservation Model in the incidence and prevalence pressure study involving ulcers patients while the Conservation of energy and social integrity was done by Newport. This was for the sake of comparing the temperature of the body involving an infant placed on a mother's chest as soon as it is conceived to the infants placed in a warm area. The nursing education involves Conservation models which were used for curriculum development guidelines. The Nurse practices entail; Conservation model which can be used during the practices of nursing in various sceneries. Bayley conversed about the care of a teenager who has been badly burned (Allan 2011). He argued this on the basis of the four conservation principles and argued about the patient's operational, perceptual and conceptual environment. Another researcher by the name of Pond used conservation model which he used for guiding the nursing care at clinics and homeless.

The processes of nursing involved the collection of challenging facts via interviews and observations towards the external and internal environment with the use of the four conservation principles and the assessment factors which were challenging to the human beings. The Trophicognosis involved with the nursing entailed, collection of challenging facts through interviewing and observation of challenging factors in the external and internal conservation.
