[EXCERPT] . . . .
The involvement of free expression to mean the freedom to support a candidate in politics may also blur the line between politics and governance and each day in office for the president will be filled by political agenda rather than development agenda. If there are decisions that are to be made that may affect the sponsor corporation, the president will automatically shift from the administrative function in office to political aspect in order to secure the corporations. It is apparent that the corporations are also very significant in keeping the presidency and the whole administration in check. They have over years acted to criticize and help the government correct their ways where there are malpractices. If the corporations are then allowed to use their First Amendment right to financially support a given candidate, and that would as well mean they will be compromising their role as the ombudsman in the administration of the given person. They may choose to look the other way as this person commits acts of abuse of office since he could be their own man in place.
Generally, there should be no room for allowing the corporations to get deeply involved in politics to the extent of openly influencing it as this will water down the democracy that America has sired for quite a long time, if this is hard to believe, one has to only look at the Middle East where huge oil corporations influence politics in order to know better than engaging corporations in politics.

I need two page or less essy and it had to cover the followin Questions:- What are your views on the role of money in politics? Specifically, what is your opinion of the legal identity of corporations as individuals and thus as possessing First Amendment rights? Over time, "free speech" has been interpreted through the years to mean "free expression", that is, not just literally speech itself is included, but actions as well. This means that as "individuals," corporations have the right of free expression, which includes the right to spend money on election activities such as t.v. advertisements in support or opposition to a candidate for office. Do you think this has the potential to enhance our democratic processes, or to denigrate democracy?
