In most instances, managers are required to be technologically updated so that they can use the required force to control the businesses. Ideally, the use of this technology secures a chance for the people in the industry to have what it takes to turn around events. Managers in every sector of the economy have noted that it is possible to handle bulky and involving tasks with ease by employing technology. In all instances, people share in the fact that technology brings to the attention of everybody the chance to execute all that it takes to secure transformation. The better part of this is in the fact that technological application also assists governments to meet the basic functions they are expected to execute (Sabatier, Craig-Kennard, Mangematin, 2012).Technology has the role of enabling the governments to meet the mandate of serving the people they lead more efficiently than without the use of it. This is in the fact that most people have a close relationship with the means of communication that saves them the time and finances in their lives. In this case, governments have moved to use social media platforms to communicate with the citizens and collect views from them. Since the government only offers the essential and support services to the people, an effective way of reaching out to them saves the public from the anguish caused by rigid means of communications. Many lives have been transformed positively from the use of technology and that the life of every individual who has the need to receive government services need to know the cheapest and convenient means to communicate. There is also a need to get involved in the mainstream communication channels that people use and that government

Conclusion
Leaders encounter challenges when adopting various strategies to transform their organizations. The underscoring statement is that technology has the capability to transform all the aspects of life and bring to the attention of all human beings the fact that life is possible to transform for good. In this case, there is an observation that people who embrace technology are always able to secure a good place or themselves in the future. It is also seen that people share a chance to execute all the major challenges by using the same technology. Despite the existence of negative impacts of technology, the net effect is a positive role that can never be ignored.
